2004~2008 Clunk when accelerating from stop and slowing down

Hi, I have a Mazda 3 2008 2.3L AT and everytime I accelerate from a stop, I get this sort of clunk that is driving me crazy. This also happens when I slow down from speed as well. Here is a video of what it sounds like.
