I need a flex pipe installed on my midpipe. I'm still trying to test out the new PEP 3" DP but since mine is #1 the angle of the flange is off by a couple degrees causing a gap where it meets the midpipe. My exhaust is completly solid from the mani all the way out the back so s flex pipe would come in handy anyways and allow that pipe to bend enough to seal up the gap. Does anyone know of a real cheap shop of even a cheap place that can weld it if I do all the cutting ect.
the prices I have range from $80-$200 phone estimates and inperson estimates $150+
I'm looking for a cheap $50 or less fix here!!

Van Senus Auto did mine for like 60 a few years ago. I know there are a few out here in NWI but Im not sure about the
Ill-noise areas. They did great work.

I called these guys and they said they only have a parts shop and do not work on cars. They do however have a machine shop. Do you have contact info of address of the place your talking about. I just removed the midpipe, I'm running open DP with the 2nd 02 sensor dangling just outside the opening LOL It's got a nonfouler CEL trick on it so It's really not monitoring real numbers anyways.

Problem solved kinda...
I removed the Midpipe (running open DP at the moment) and am sending the midpipe to POPE (the guy who made the 3"DP that I'm testing) He's going to install the flex then ship it back. So I''' be running open DP for about 2 weeks or so.
