I have 7700 miles, no mods except Joep mbc, which I turned back down to stock level today and a drop in filter. I was driving down the freeway and it just came on. I didn't hear any wierd sounds or feel anything strange. Came home and checked under the hood, didnt see anything except a little bit of coolant near the radiator cap that wasnt there before. Could a coolant leak cause a CEL?

Get the cel read before clearing it.
A small coolant leak will not throw a cel.

no my coolant isnt low..i put some watter wetter in a few days ago. seems wierd that it just came on after I put the boost back to stock level. so i shouldn't reset the ecu and get it read first?

correct you want to know what it is before resetting the ECU.

Well I took out the mbc so I can go to the dealer..man its a pretty big difference going back to stock boost...Anyway I checked the lines on the T fitting and they look ok, but they are starting to crack a little bit, not all the way through..but I hope they're not leaking. I wonder if I should have the tech look at them to see if I could get them replaced..but then they'll probably ask why the hoses are not on the tamper proof wire tie thing..

Did you get the code read yet, autozone does it for free I believe.

I was just going to wait and to to the dealer, but I guess I could try Autozone...
