CEL and other Speed 6 issues

Well, after 10.5 months and 7200 miles, I threw a CEL. I checked the gas cap, and that's not it. I was hoping this car would be like my former STI (28k miles and not a single dealer visit (only oil changes), but it's not happening. I will make an appointment, and I'll have them do the TSB on the clutch, check for that PCM lack of power thing I ignored, and look at my drivers window, which sounds like it's ready to break.

I'm not alone on this I suppose, but I had such bad luck with my last mazda (04 RX8), so I'm feeling weery on this car now. I hope this is just a one time thing where I can go to dealer, get everything done, and have ZERO problems for at least the next 3 years and 42k miles (warranty). I'm not holding my breath, but we'll see.

Any other things I need to tell the dealership about besides what I talked about? I'd like to get it all done in one swoop, and not have to go back. Thanks for reading. :)

Have them check the rear diff. bracket bolts. There seems to be a rash of MS6's that have experienced the diff. bracket bolts backing out and sheering off causing rear end failure. Most folks who experienced this failure notice a "clunk" from the rear when shifting gears. If you don't think you have this issue, just have the dealer check the bolts for safe measure.
