Cat busted today!!!

driving home from work today all of a sudden, while I was accelarating, I heard a horrible noise from under my car. After that it sounded like my exhaust fell off. There were no CEL's or smoke coming out of my exhaust and my car was still running fine, so I fihured it wasn't anything serious. I limped home sounding like a ghetto cruiser, and witha little searching I discvered that right after my 1st cat it had completely broke apart.
My car has close to 25,000 miles on it, and I live in Michigan were there is a huge amount of salt on the roads. I still can't believe it just busted though. So tommorow I get to wake up t the ass crack of dawn and drive it to the dealer, sounding like a tank.
It should be covered under warranty, right? If not I guess I'll just have to buy a new downpipe.

i believe mazdas catalyst warranty is 60K miles...unlimited years.....I personally would gut it anyway unless you have to worry about emissions.

Should be covered under warranty...I don't see how they can not do it under warranty. I mean come on, the exhaust pipe rusted through.
