sweet, and to the solenoids (electrical s***) just take the vac hoses off of the electrical senders but the senders themselves should stay plugged in, you wont get a CEL

and i used JB weld to fill the hole but you really only need to fill the one hole that goes out of the mani, the others are fine left open

well i took time friday and saturday to port that intake manifold!!
took me from 5 to 11 friday and 1 to 7 on saturday to finish it !
was long but i sure it will be worth it !

got all the flaps out. lining up to cut it.

upper and lower portion of the intake.

all those flaps got deleted.

it is simply restriction to the air flow.

haha yea pneumatic saw is pretty sweet ! on the upper portion just had to cut them off then use a diegrinder and a flapper( sand papper on a diegrinder ) to smoothen it off
on the lower potrion u need to cut straight and break the pieces where u want with pliers

humm i dont know man , im from canada and they dont even check if we have a catalic converter haha !!! lets c if anyone around CA knows the answer

You will love the top end power under boost. I did that mod to my car over 2 yrs ago. Very good throttle response.

Well my dad is opening a CNC shop soon and ill be working there and one day hopefully take it over. So might be able to do my head aswell when the time calls for it.
