Buying and changing the SPCs on my rears?

Quite simply, help!

I have the a tyre eating Furano which Mazda refuse to do much with, and i can physically see my wheels leaning in at the back, so having seen some people mention changing there SPC arms, i thought i would do it, but i am stuck with these questions:

A) Exactley what is the SPC arm?
B) Where can i get one from?
C) Anyone got a step by step to changing them?

Ok, slight edit, is it really as easy as the link on the SPC website says? How do i load the suspension btw?

I dunno if they ship overseas tho....I see them alot on ebay and also on the mazda3 marketplace here.

I would recommend you just use the Mazdaspeed camber arms....they should help enough....not adjustable but they are enough for fixing the camber on the 5...
