OK simple steps.....

1. Remove vacuum wire from the bypass valve.
2. Remove Bypass valve.
3. Replace the stock piping that runs from top of IC to turbo...
4. With the replaced pipe weld a flange to it...
5. Place BOV on flange
6. Hook your vacuum line to bov
7. Cover Intakes bypass valve opening with a breather or plug

OK! NOW TELL ME IF THIS WOULD WORK!

yeah it would work fine. You will have the stalling issue however eveytime you let off into neutral however. A true blow off valve should be placed as near to the throttle as possible (charge pipe.) So it may even be better to replace the tube from the bottom of the IC to your throttle body with metal tubing and weld on a BOV flang there, take off your stock BPV and cap the nipple on the pipe that goes from the turbo to the top of your ic. This would work better i believe.

if you wanted to save some money, you could just get small section of hard piping and just cutout a similar section from your stock piping, replace, clamp, and you're good to go. or if you're skittish about replacing the stock piping (i.e. bye bye warranty), get a flange for the bov. jdm sam makes one for the hks ssqv (i remembered this time :D) and atp tuning makes one for the greddy type s and the hks ssqv. this will allow you to create a similar setup to the stock setting so you won't have the do anything to the stock piping.
