Me and a friend have been waging a war on each other, the question at hand, is BWM or Mercedes, we both have our own points, which will not be disclosed so as not to damage the results. Voting is to be based on personal feelings, post those feelings. Include reasons such as History of the automaker, quality(of all the areas), price(value), racimg history, and all around everything.

^^ exactly what he said. Merc is always one step behind.

I loved my 3 series like no other.

toss up.. I think Merc is too plain.. but as nice as BMW is, i see WAY too many of them returning to the dealer/repair shop for issues.

this.

2004 Mercedez Benz CL600. It's my wife's bosses. It is totally badass!
493HP & 590 ft. lbs. of torque. I drove it for 4 days in October.
0-60mph in 4.6 seconds. It's incredible!!

in the garage at our old house (just as we were getting everything moved out)
Funny, huh?! $126,000.00 car in the garage of a $120,000.00 house!

BTW, did mclauren ask bmw to buld the engine for the F1?

Every MB that I have ever driven feels numb. Like it is floating down the road instead of being connected to it. They are nice cars, but that sh*ts for my grandmother. I know that I have never driven any of the AMG models, so I cant speak for them, but C230, C240, S500, and SL600 all have the similar floating feel.

BMW's I have driven are 325, 330 (on a course with a professional instructor), 530, 540, E36 M3... All of these cars feel good. Some are just gooder than others...

Believe me; in this car, you don't miss the manual tranny. You really don't. And; I love shifting.

His McLaren Mercedes SLR should be arriving in March or April. I cannot wait to drive it. I hope he does buy it. That's the plan, anyway. (cool)

benz is more for the executive bussiness man, while bmw is for the executive business man that still has a life and has fun
