Blackout in NC

Man there is like 500,000 without electicity in NC rite now. Had a Ice Storm and trees were falling all over and knocked down power lines. It really sucks no heat, hot water, but the mall is still open, go figure. It has been already two days and they say electicity wont be on to sunday or monday. Boy I hope that isnt true. Went to a family members house who still had electricity but have to go back tonight for work. You take that stuff for granted to its gone. Gotta love electricity.

yea, ive got alot of family around charlotte that is without power, or are housing family that is without power. luckally we didn't see anything here on the coast, not even any freezing rain.

Yeah you sure are lucky, I am glad you didnt. Boy of all times when it is cold. Just got my power back on today. Fish didnt make it.

its been HOT yesterday, cool at night and now there is a light drizzle but we still walk around in shorts. actually, i would love to visit NC now. i haven't seen snow in almost 11 years. i am sure you guys are sick of it and can't stand it but i miss it so much

yea, its not like we see snow often though, unless your in the mountains, this storm is kinda a freek thing.
