Hi, long time reader, first time poster :)

I was taking my console apart this weekend to adjust my e-brake and I noticed that some paint could be something not overly expensive and time consuming and would look pretty cool  (well, a matter of opinion, of course).

The only other post I found closely related to this matter mentioned "bumper coater" by a company called SEM. Would this be the best stuff to use, does anyone out there have a better paint of formula for painting these areas.

The parts I would end up painting (to begin with) would be the center console you see in the pic below, the door handles, and the plates for the window controls on the front doors. I did a quick photoshop of the console just to get an idea of the color in the inside, check it out, let me know what ya'll think:

Oh yeah, I do have a yellow P5 to match the interior:D

It would be a unique custom touch which would really make the car "yours"

Unfortunately, should you later decide to sell it, it would also limit the number of interested buyers and/or reduce the price you're likely to get for it.

yeah, that's true...

That's certainly a mod that would probably effect the sellability of the car, unlike a shorter shifter or new intake.

I guess I can always repaint it to the stock look when I'm about to sell :D

Check out this thread. Dave (aka Pro5) painted his interior, and it looks freakin awesome! He gives a brief explanation on how to do it too.
I am hopefully going to meet up with him here in honolulu within the next couple of weeks, and can get more info on doing mine.
