Baseline Setting for Adjustable Cam Gears?

i searched, and searched, but can't find it...

i remember way back in time, when adjustable cam gears were first being marketed for the 2.0l protege FS engine, that there was a post that mentioned a baseline setting for adjustbale cams gears on the stock cams that would be a good starting point for tuning. does anyone have that post bookmarked? can anyone give me a clue?

i am getting a set of adjustable gears, and i want to know what would be a good starting point for adjustment. i have basically a stock MP3 engine and ecu, with an injen intake and full header-back exhaust system.

I'm in the same boat Nik (with my engine and that I'm looking into getting adj, cams), I'm curious to know what the baseline is too.
