What are you trying to do with the car? Faster? Better handling? Better looking? Your options for a 6i with an ATX are going to be limited, but I'm sure we can help you if we know what you're aiming for.

To be perfectly frank, you're going to have a hard time getting a lot of power out of that engine without going turbo (turbo kits can be had for the 6i for around $4k). Other than that, you can go with the usual stuff: intake, exhaust, headers, etc. I'd also seriously consider handling and drivetrain mods. Lower, stiffer springs and a better motor mount may not make the car faster, but they will vastly increase your enjoyment of the car. Here are a few trusted and respected vendors to get you started:

our cars are built not to go fast in a straight line but out handle everything.

I would say intake, headers, exhaust, optimized TB, cosworth intake manifold (expensive) would be mostly be it if your wanting to stay na, you can turboo, but you need deep pockets and it is not recommended.
Handling Parts are just depending on what you want.
