Hello everyone,
I was thinking of up grading my entire audio system but have a few question and concerns about doing this. Cause I'm trying to do a 100% install by myself and after doing tons of research I just wanted to check to see if i'm missing any information or parts so i don't destroy my new set up. My new set up is going to be Kicker KS-Series components 6.5 front (75RMS each, 150RMS Peak) Rear Kicker KS-Series Coaxial 6.5(130RMS peak 65RMS each) powered by a Kicker KS-Series Full range Class D Multi Channel 400watt Amp. With a Kicker "8" L7 Subwoofer 4ohm (450RMS 900Watts peak) powered by a kicker KS-Series Class-D Monoblock Amps 800 watts. Now my concerns with this set up can the stock Alternator and battery handle this load. What are the wires I would need to power the amps with fuse. Once all the power needs are meet I was going to make custom baffles to fit the speakers from http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/show...stalling-different-sized-speakers-in-your-car then for the sub I was thinking of making a custom Fiberglass box like http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?123669109-Protege5-Fiberglass-Subwoofer-Box did would this be the best way for a stealthily sub box for a square sub? any comments or suggestion would be very appreciated
