I tried one of those window-cleaning gadgets, the Windshield Wonder. It was part of the goodies packed in my Christmas stocking.
Anyway, it was given to me as I was always complaining how difficult it was to clean the lower corners of the windscreen of the 5, particularly on the driver's side.
The verdict? I think it works well. This article by popular mechanics mentions saving your money and make your own, but since I was certain NOT to ever do that, I'm happy with this little device even if the plastic construction was described as 'uninspiring'. The comments in the thread on PM mention that the one with the rectangular heads work better than the model with the triangular cleaning head. I think mine came from Walgreen's or maybe WalMart for a little under $10....

There ya go, for what it's worth....(wiggle)
