3.54/gallon for gas

i paid $3.19 last night and paid $2.74 this past saturday.

I haven't been to the gas station yet, but i bet i won't like it

ps: there is a thread i believe about people tired of hearing people bitchin about gas prices...

but yeah gas is getting rather insane

i know i just posted this in the wa section to see what is up with the rest of the state!!

I heard it was going to go up, so I topped off lastnight, still got it at $2.81 haven't checked today yet.

its going up due to the lack of production due to Katrina. Its going to be expensive for a little while....

It was 2.69 for 89 octane this morning in Orchards/ Vancouver. I think everyone knows it,s going to get worse. Once we stay over $3 a gallon for a little while there will be no reason for them to bring the price down wether they can or not.

My friend spent $60 filling up his Escalade this weekend when we went camping and he gets s*** mileage.

Time to buy a Prius! I'd risk looking like a tool to get 60 mph lol

Only problem is that you're buying a $22k car & after 3-5 years the batteries have to be replaced & thats not covered under warranty....

Thats it...Im building a car that runs on my ass....

60 is cheap! My father's suburban will cost around 130 bucks to fill up at these prices.

I have a friend who has put 10k in oil futures and it has allready doubled in last few weeks. He has to pay 200 per trade but it has makes him an assload of money. I hate high oil prices but if you can accept the risk futures trading can be very lucrative.

Holy ******* s*** there is lines out side of every gas station in Atlanta. Its even spilling on to the roads.

Probably because of all the idiots falling for that thing tomorrow where your not suppose to buy gas on a specific day.

Consuming the same amount of fuel regardless of what day you buy it on does not change the fact you are still consuming it.
