Yup, pretty much. I'd go with the 235/40's since it'll be nice and squared/tad chunky with the wheel, won't give you as much wheel gap as 225/40's would and riide will be nicer too.225 you won't have to roll the rear, 235 roll it and call it a day.
I'm running 235/40 with 18x7.5 +48 offset stock height. I rub ever so slightly when the car is loaded with 800 lbs worth of humans over bumps.
7.5"? Stick with 225's.
