Hey all! I recently bought this 2007 MS6. Has 30,000 miles, runs great! Figured I should join a group on the net that knows something about these since my last vehicle was an 87 Silverado (which I still have) :) The car is totally stock, unmolested, no mods. I plan on pretty much keeping it that way until I start pulling Lt pay lol. Tell me what yall think!

Oh quick question, is running 91 octane going to hurt it? That is the highest grade fuel they have out here. . .

welcome to the forum, car looks nice !! tonnes of good info on here, make sure you read all the stickies. as for your question, running 91 is fine. Its whats recommended for our cars.

I thought 93 was recommended for our cars?

Guess it depends where you live. In Canada you can't get 93... It's 91 or 94 haha. I think the manual says "for best performance use 93 octane, when 93 is unavailable 91 may be used as a substitute"

None of the less, great looking car and welcome to the forums!

Welcome to the forums.

Yes, 91 oc is fine. I'm in AZ as well, never had a problem.

Thanks for the welcome and good info guys! I won't be doing anyhting crazy to the car for a while, maybe an intake, turbo back exhaust, tune, short throw, and engine bushing thing, or whatever it is that breaks easily from launching...

That would be the rear diff mount and/or the bolts. Sounds like you've got a good plan going.
