rodslinger - i have an autoexe from japan for 1st gen, but not sure if it will fit my 2nd gen since i just found out it's different part number. Where did you buy that from? That site is impossible to navigate, lol

I bought it from a friend who sold his 1st gen. Mazda 5. He apparently understands some japanese because I can't figure out the website either which is too bad because autoexe is JDM Mazda Tuner just like Mugen for Honda, AMG for the Benz and so on. It looks nice and I'm still polishing it now...I will bring it to the muffler shop next week and if it doesn't fit - I will list it in our classified forum.

I installed a '12 curt hitch onto my '08. The rear ends are identical. BUT, the bumper covers are different. The <'10 bumper cover stick out a tad more so it may (or may not) impact how the muffler's tip stick out.
