I un-installed my Joe p MBC, to make way for my HKS boost controller, and let me say, the difference between 10 psi boost, and the bad stock 6 psi, is unbelieveable, the car just does not pull anymore.

Well, I should have my HKS AVC by the end of the week, and all will be good in the land of boost.

AFTERALL...............BOOSTISGOOD :D Ask you sister

(lol)

What made you go with the HKS AVC over like the BLITZ SEQUENTIAL BOOST CONTROLLER i-D, or the GREDDY BOOST CONTROLLER: PROFEC E-01, which are both kinda in the same price range?

HOly monkeyballs! I spiked to 13 PSI today that was some scary s*** for this whiteboy. I gotta back that little screw down a tad it has always hit 12 for 2 sec or so then 11 then 10 until gear change but 13 makes me nervous but with Joey dynoing @ 21 PSI maybe I should relax. I do have 15w50 Mobil One in now that's the only change I made could that affect boost in anyway?

Just cuz I do it don't make it safe :).. I have race fuel and colder plugs- I didn't detonate- you will :)..

this may be far fetched, but the thicker oil may be creating more load on the motor and more load will increase boost a tad. Out there, but a consideration :).

u def need to get that 14.2 the **** outta ur sig joe lol...

 Do you mean I need to go get a new time now that I dynoed or that was not good enough anyway :)? It is late- I am slow :).

lol im kinda lost too. im saying it aint that slow at that hp

hehe- glad I'm not the only lost one :)

Anyway, that is way too slow for the HP :). I ran a 14.2@11 psi, I dynoed 263 hp@18psi :). The car most definately has mid/low 13's in it with boost and traction...

My plugs shall be copper and cold as death's vagina!
So my motor can taste the fine wine of a long and speedy life.

LOL, hell naw.

Ouch now cough for me.

Well AGR is using butt plugs  but (pun intended) my spark plugs are the stock soon to be changed for the suggested colder cooper plugs that Joey is using.

Just kidding AggyR just put the knife down...:D

jOEY say's,

Joey Ju jaa knows and I will pm him to get som more "specific" information.

From the mouth of Joeies...shall come sudden destruction...(not)
"I am running mine at .032 and they were right on the money out of the box, but I ALWAYS (ok, sometimes I slack off ) check them before installing them...

They are NGK copper plugs, #7 heat range. Stock are # 6 and platinum- hotter plug plus platinum makes it even hotter- plus it tends to glow and cause pre-ignition (detonation) beause it will fire even without spark once it does glow.. Not a good choice for turbo cars... The plug # is BKR7E and the "stock" # (what most stores go by) is 6097. I was going to wait a few days to post the info so I could try to burn the rest of the race fuel out and try them on just pump to see if it raised my boost/detonation limit and by how much, but either way, it will only help and not hurt..

what brand and type exactly these colder copper plugs i wnat to change mine out also

Right now, I am using NGK BKG7E's. they are 1 range colder and non-platinum. Platinum sucks for turbo cars- they can cause detonation. I wanted 1 step colder than these, but they don't have one that will work for our cars without going to the $32 each race plugs :(.

I dont know about your upgrades but

Try 8psi with a better intercooler, piping, get rid of the cat and exhaust (run ir straight back) and lets see
