Ok I have searched numerous hours on the internet and still no results for upgrades.what im looking for is upgraded pistons rings rods bearings and valves. Basically a whole new rotating assembely. The most ihave been able to find for a mazdaspeed protege is a new ramhorn turbo manifold on ebay, not a huge fan of having ebay performance parts. So if my fellow speed lovers have any information about performance internals send it my way thanks (drunk)
