Soo i just got off the dyno and my car is boosted per say.
Added a tranny cooler and new fluids.
Car would hit 70 degrees celcuis (150f) and the O/D light would blink. Meaning that it jumped into safe mode.
Now im assuming that the tranny temp sensor is rated up to 70c. Anyone ever check the temp of there tranny after a hard climb after a hill or hard pull.
My question goest out to all boosted guys that are auto matic. How did you by pass that or have you had any problems.
Im trying to figure out a way to either by pass the sensor...or how you are running temps over 70c (150f)
we had the fan blowing and door was open with -5 degree weather.
The car ran great when the tranny fluid was cool. but the warmer it go the worse the runs
