zoom zoom "black-out" stickers

This is my first post EVER anywhere!
I AM LOOKING FOR A zoom zoom sticker that is a "black out" sticker that allows the third brake light to show through the sticker and illuminates the zoom zoom.
Can anyone direct me to a vendor of this type decal/sticker?
