ZO6 or the Viper

Hey spdkilz. How did you find out about this site? I went to your site cause I am going to rent either the viper or the Z06 on my trip to vegas this weekend. I guess I don't have to ask you which to get...by the way what is it that you do? you look to be like 21. Did your dad buy you that car or do you just make bank? Not dissing just asking a simple question (rei)

When I first made the burnout video that is on my site (showcasing my friends Mazda) it was all over these forums, so I joined to comment on one of the topics. I found this topic because I check my site's statistics every now and then, and I saw this forum was linking to my site again, so I just came over and checked it out.

To put it frankly, I work hard and "make bank" as you say. But that doesn't mean I don't take care of my car...as you can see. I baby the thing like no other.

so spd...help a brother out and tell me those stocks ;) actually does that mean you were a day trader or got lucky and hit the right stock?

a guy has a viper around my town, its fast and sweet, but the funny part is when he gets on it, it sounds like 2 honda engines going at it in a race..

now i would take a Lincolnfelter vette over all ofthem..... get the best of both worlds

V8 + TT +Awd= Heaven.....

they have one around my town too..... that is the best sleeper car around... runs 8 or 9 seconds quater mile..

It was a complete fluke how it happened. I was taking a class dealing with stocks, and it just so happened it was during the K-Mart fiasco. My teacher pretty much said that if it was up to her, she would put money into the stock, because after dropping so low it was bound to go up. Well, I listened to her (because research does show a correlation to a stock rising up again after plummeting almost to zero...not back to it's original level, but enough that profit can me made). Anyway, I put quite a bit of money into it, the stock rose to 3 times my purchase price, I sold it. It went back down, I bought some more, then sold it when it double in price again. After that I never put a penny more into stocks because I felt I had lucked out enough.

Also, shanemazda...the Lingenfelter is not AWD, though it does run 8 seconds :)

Yeah I believe Car and Driver got their best time in a Lingenfelter TT by skipping second gear because it wouldn't stop lighting up the tires.

In the early 90's Lingenfelter built a Twin Turbo Vette 800+hp (maybe the ZR-1) and drove it from his shop (in Maryland/Jersey where ever it was) to the Indy speedway did 220+ mph on pump gas and drove it home.

Im personally a Vette freak, but how many times are you going to get to dirve a viper? The thing about a vette is its almost more sports car than muscle car. The Viper is all muscle. Any time you put 500hp side pipes and a stick all in one car Thats a Muscle. (nana)
