these were all previous

like 12k for my previous accident, 7 k for a new motor, installation, labor and all that after i hydrolocked on a flooded street, and one other fix after they fixed it the first time from the hyrdolock.

Even with them being seperate claims, a company will only pay so much for any given car. That's alright, they'll get it back from premiums.

Seriously whoever did your claim is a fucknut. No way is a backhalved car is restoring a car to the previous state. You can see what I mean when the weld broke in the accident. Obviously it wasn't reinforced correctly and prob not with steel beams. I had to do this repair before back in auto body school and it requires meticulous welding and frame and beam support. The insurance adjuster was smoking some s*** when he decided to fix your car by backhalving it. Ditch that car and get your Spicy. I'd b**** about that being really unsafe to the insurance company and threaten them with a lawyer.

surprisingly the weld didn't break in the accident, it helt steady, however the angle he hit me at , the rocker broke just foreward of the weld, which leads me o believe the shop did a hell of a job welding, and there is stell reenforcement behind the welds. and it took them 3 months of meticulous welding to get me my MSP back, i believe you may have misunderstood my post and i appologize for wording it so.

but yeah i'd love to ditch the MSP for a spicy MSP, unfortunately this kid had progresiive, and that sucks an asshole because they're the most anal insurance company ever... but i'll see what i can do.

Oh ok. Well I hope things work out for you. Insurance companies, especially Progressive are asses to deal with. Don't give in though keep fighting and they'll budge.

yeah they're already trying to screw with me a little. they say it's going to be 3-4 weeks until they'll know if they can even cover it. because this kid had some discrepencies with him insurance.
