the front crossbar support on the pr5, does it attach with only one bolt on each side and does it just sit on the metal piece with the hold drilled in it or does it sit on that metal piece with a washer or bracket underneath?

To answer the question it just sits on the metal piece with the hole drilled in it and NO WASHER OR BRACKET is needed, nor included. Got it? Nothing. The Canadian racks rock!
