So clean it, leave the openings open, then after its clean, plug them so paint can't get in then within a few days of install, flush?
 
That is what i do. I also run fresh cleaner throught the holes while cleaning. Just set it on top of a bucket and go to town man.
 
For sure. The first bake is now done, only 2 more to go.

It's a brownish black, not really what I was hoping for, should of got gloss black. Oh well, better than how it was :)

It's not suppose to get burned off but no, the hot side was brown, might as well spray the whole thing.

Just looked it at, looks more like the flat black it should instead of the brownish color after 2 bakings :)
