I just installed a set of american (not Osram) 9003st and H3st Silverstars and I'm really happy with the color. My lights had a very yellowish tint before. I even checked to see the difference before I installed both sides. The white is soooo much nicer. I havce it in the Headlights and fogs as well, now. I paid 60$+tax US for all 4 bulbs, plus I should be able to get a rebate for 12$, so about 50$ is nice for the difference. Of course, I'm not sure what the Lumens value for the h7 is, so I can't really say why you may not notice so much difference in lighting. The 9003s seem a bit brighter, and definitly provide more definition than my stock bulbs on the MSP.
