i just have a stock exhaust w/ an exhaust tip (don't ask me, it was there when i got the car). its kinda droany and i want a real exhaust. want something that isn't gonna get annoying too. thanx

I've got a used MazdaSpeed axleback exhaust - round tip - purchased new and has been on the car since May, 2007 that I just took off ( literally - it's laying on the shop floor as I type this ).

i think the protege exhausts are longer than the p5 exhausts and it wouldn't fit right. i went for the magnaflow cat back anyways. thanks tho
