Yeah I was looking for it a while back and it wasn't there so I'm gonna try a different route for a lip cause I don't wanna do a body kit lol

Focus had a contact who was making these with FRP material not sure if they are still being made since they are now pushing out MSP 03.5 lips.

the other good option is a lancer lip. it takes work, but can be made to look amazing.

The one in the picture you posted id def. the mazda accessory lip that is no longer available.

The accord lip is similar and had been done many times before
...I may try my hand at it next summer
