WTB: Short shifter w/ knob

I currently have a twm short shifter but, I asked my biddy to install it while I was deployed and I think he JB welded the knob to the MF'n shifter! Im alittle pissed because that was about 4 years ago and I recently found out. I tried to get the knob off and needless to say its not moving. I really dont want to spent 200+ for another shifter knob combo. Any help would be nice. Will trade my stock shift knob and TWM shifter and cash

well I have a TWM shifter....just the shifter...but it is for a mp3....the thread size is M8 x 1.25....here's a link where you can get a knob http://www.monsterknobs.com/mazdashiftknobs.html....
