WTB, shift knob for 03 MSP shifter

i'm looking for the original MSP shift knob, one that will fit on my newly acquired 03 MSP shifter

...i dont know the difference between the 03 & 03.5 (one has Sparco on it one doesnt?!?), i would prefer the one W/O the Sparco

someone that would be willing to ship to Montreal, up in Canada
