WTB: Oil Feed line components for a GT25R Turbo

I am looking to buy the Oil Feel line components that are compatible with the GT25R. I bought a set up on ebay that it was said to be for Protg Mazdaspeed and the stupid thing does not work. I can get the feed line to fit in the turbo's hole and fasten the dawm thing. If any one has any insight please advise. So the oil restrictor goes on the turbo itself? I thought it went on the back of the block. So the restrictor goes on the turbo end of the line?
