Anyone selling a used one? I had a deal for one in Ottawa that just fell through after I had already bought a plane ticket to go get it from him.

Thanks.

What about buying one from a sponsor and having is shipped to the UPS store in Buffalo? Go for a nice Sunday drive and pick it up, install it in the parking lot, have dinner, drive home! :D

That's what I'll be doing when I order mine...

I would like to but they are on inter-galactic back-order. I actually ordered one in June from a sponsor site and they have been great but just don't have stock and experienced delays beyond their control. So I can continue to wait or I was also trying different options. If you're in no rush, you'll be OK, but you might as well order one now and it will probably come when you actually wanted it much later.

FWIW- i just ordered a THULE rack from http://www.orsracksdirect.com/ , they shipped to me in about 4 days and in my opinion is a better rack set up than the mazda one. couldnt tell you about canadian shipping but i do recommend the site.

Looks great. Can I ask you which parts or model you got and roughly how much? I noticed you don't have a sunroof, would that front bar interfere with the sunroof opening up?

Thanks for the reply.

the rack is a thule with the 460 podium feet with the 3069 mazda fit kit. i paid $260 american shipped to my front door. i did add the wind fairing which was another $60. $320 total. that is the part that would sit on your sunroof. your roof couldnt open with it on BUT it isnt a necessary part anyway. it just helps with wind noise. just a note-the 460 kit uses the traditional square bars while the 460-R kit uses the more modern areo style bars.

depending on what you're looking to carry the square bars are a better choice. They're less expensive and there's a wider range of attachments available for them than the Aero bars. Just my 2 cents
