i need a cylinder head bad i need it so i can port and polish it let me know if anyone out there has one

I have one. Its missing the cams though. Its from a 2006 2.3l. Has about 36,000 miles on it. My engine blew as a result of a turbo project gone bad. Rod went through the block. Engine was replaced and I was given back some of the good parts. The head still looks good but missing those cams. The guy didn't get those back to me. What are you looking to spend?

rebuilt heads go for 385 used heads go for 250 these are both with cams, i can have mine machined is your head in good condition like that turbo didnt mess up the valves or anything did it?? does it come with the valves and valve springs? send me sum pics yo if your talking bout selling it ill give you 165$ plus shipping

I don't have the timing chain from it. The guy didn't give me the chain back. I only got bits and pieces from him. It is in good condition and only 36,000 miles were on the engine. Basically the engine blew when in the tuning process so... It just blew a hole in the block. The head is still good. I will get you some pics...

yea, its good. I didn't even clean it before I took the pictures. Well, I'm not sure how much used cams would sell for to subtract. I would like to get $175 plus shipping for it if you would go for that. That takes $75 off for the cams. Used cams shouldn't be any more than that. Let me know what you think.

k so quick question would you part the hydraulic lifters all 16 out to me?? i need those real bad thaTS what my problem is i have this damn ticking thought i had a bad head but nah its the hla's

Well, I'd like to sell it as a whole if I could. Also, I'm not really that mechanically inclined so.... Other than brakes, oil changes.. little things like that, I don't really do much work on cars so I'd have to figure that out. How much would you be looking to spend for them anyway?

Do you have a preference on the carrier? UPS, FedEx? Also, when you get the money we can do paypal. That's probably the easiest way to do it.

Thanks, I can get this out of my parents. Also do you need the valve cover or just the head? And if you or anyone you know that needs, I have (all factory) intake manifold, throttle body, fuel rail w/ injectors, water pump, and I think I have the oil pump. Maybe a couple other parts too. Hard to think of off the top of my head.

thanks man i got it now this is for sure for sure this time lol had a f'n accident had to replace my whole drivers side suspension cv joint and hub assembly and strut....nov 1 i have my money coming in i will buy this head from you were you throwing in the valve cover with it?
