I already said we'd be glad to make one, but we require 10 confirmed (w/ deposits of 50% paid) before we go ahead with it.

The reason for the deposit requirement is pretty simple, it's easy to get the 10 names on a list but when the time comes to actually buy the product a lot usually disappear never to be heard from again.
