WTB: 2003 or 2003.5 Mazdaspeed

I moved from Toronto. Looking for a used car (sold my Protege5), but thought I'd see if anybody was selling their Mazdaspeed in SoCal.

I am located in San Bernardino area.

I saw a Mica Black 2003 Mazdaspeed for sale in Redlands, good condition with 45,000 miles on it. The only thing was that the dealer was asking for $19,995! I told him that's about $6000 more than anywhere else. He kinda looked at me and said "really?". I was so surprised how high the rest of the cars were.... so i left the lot. How much is a Mazdaspeed like that worth? I'm guessing between $12,000 to $13,000. Didn't ask too much else about the car and I didn't get to test drive it, but the interior and exterior were well kept. Even the engine bay looks really clean.

How much would you reasonably offer for a car like this?

yes he is.

U can find a good MSP for about 13k. U be better of buying one without any mods so that u still have warranty. But thats your personal choice. If u going to add mods and dont care about the warranty,buy one that has mods allready and u will save alot of money. There is a silver one with some nice stuff on it for 13.3k here on the forum.

I can set up shipping, deliver it, or pick you up from the airport/train/bus station.

Used cars at dealers are almost always overpriced.
Look at edmunds.com for what they call the TMV (true market value) These cars are priced very high on there. That is probably where they got the idea to price it so high.

Damn I knew it was over priced. Theres a spicy orange with 34K on it. No good to you it's in Mass, but they want 16,900. I was thinking about trading in my P5 till they told me that.
