Wrecked My MSP... (Updated Pics Page 3)

this happened last wednesday night. was late turning into the corner and the back end stepped out. i corrected the slide but just ran out of room and hit the front left wheel against the curb. when the wheel hit, it broke everything behind the wheel. it was only hanging on by the cv joint. braking everything includes snapping the brake line. so after i hit the curb, i got on the clutch and brakes, but obviously i had no brakes at this point, and no steering, so i slid the car into a guard rail. this all happened on an on ramp onto a highway. (hit the curb, jumped the curb, slid across the curb and two lanes into guard rail.) so far car is not totalled, repairs are up to $8300, but they havnt even started taking the car apart yet so if repairs reach 10,700 (75% of value of car in NE), they will total it and write me a check for 15K. The windows are covered with plastic because they were open when the accident happened and i couldnt get battery juice to close them. also, the air bags didnt go off.

On a side note, 15k for a MSP is one hell of a deal. These things arent even moving at 11k

Glad to hear you're alright, though. But I'm really not sure if I'm hoping they save the car or total it, heh. While losing the MSP would suck, getting $15K for it would be amazing!

prolly going around 40 into the turn, not really sure. and prolly around 30 when i hit the railing. my buddy was with me, and those were his guesses. it was more the angle i hit the turn that got the car loose than the speed, but either way still my fault.

good thing you are okay, man if they offer you 15k take it, i have seen speeds stock 35-45000 miles afor around or less than that price. you cold get another and a few upgrades right off. also buy that oen back and sell what you could!

oh man sorry to see that. I kinda wondered if it was my old one at first. I had a Grey MSP that I traded away last year. But mine didn't have the front lip and it had fog lights. HOPefully you are ok, metal is replacable, flesh isn't.

Mine never went off either in my wreck cause I wasnt decellerating fast enough.
