ON ONE HAND i gotta' admire the set up - the grass-roots/shadetree slap it together and go find some jacked-up /primer red camaros & watch 'em OMG as this thing rips past 'em and the whole set up cost $7.95 and a 12 pack of Schlitz...

ON THE OTHER HAND i gotta' agree that this is an area the shadetree enthusiast should kinda' leave alone for safety and engine reliability sake...

I did fabricate a ghetto-licous short ram intake for freeeee but i plan to buy a turn-key turbo kit tuned for my car because i can't afford to scatter it through my ignorance....

I can't believe someone is defending that setup. I can't even view the pics but for someone to use PVC PIPES and drive it daily is beyond ridiculous. I agree to it right and that comment that the pipes won't get that hot cuz its winter and theres an intercooler, all I gotta say is wanna bet?

anyways, thats not badly done for a temp thing, it works. thats how alot of people design pipes is pvc then they make a job for the tigging then the tig to the mandral. i even use pvc to use to test when i make exhaust headers for the drag cars. it works, and pvc can handle 10 psi. give the guy some credit. when you have boost, you can talk.
