Is it actually scratches/scraped down into the paint, or is it just a surface scuff?
If its just a bad scuff I would go grab some Scratch-X by Meguiars. They say the stuff works for medium scratches, but I don't think it works that well for that. If you put some elbow grease behind it though it will get out some pretty nasty scuffs.

i think the dealer decal is more noticeable, time to loose it
Old picture from last week right after I got it. Already removed it.
And im picking up Scratch-X today after I get off work hopefully that will work
