Wish I'd had a camera, Ricey Matrix

I'm driving down the freeway on ramp and spot this Matrix cruisng past. The guy had an aluminum wing similar to this

perched on the roof of his Matrix! I pulled up closer and saw that he also had "flame" patterned window tint on his front door windows. Why?(rice)

why buy a p5, why buy a protege, why buy anything. thats a stupid question to ask why a matrix? questions is WHY NOT?!?!? dare to be different.
oh and the window tint thing has been done, i actually kinda like it if it goes with the theme of the car. i saw a slammed tahoe with ghoast flames and has 15% tint with 10% tint cut into with flames looked sweet.

i understand calling the wing rice. but calling flames rice... was that not started by the hot rodders from the days of yore? i absolutely agree that the flame tint and bleacher style wings look like ass, but has rice become a general term for anything that has been done to an import? or is it more specifically aimed at the "usual" rice things: wings, decals, body kits, etc. just wondering.

rice is like racismn lol. ppl fear wut they dont understand. Personally i think the matrix intimidated him so he blew it off as rice, i bet if the guy had wanted to race him he woulda shrugged it off and cruised off easy.

matrix isn't ugly. maybe to you, i thought the p5 was a grocery getter and i refused to even consider buying one, but now it'll prolly be my daily driver after i pay off the msp.

i think the matrix looks like a small minivan, not very sporty at all........but it does have some power (the xrs model anyway). on the other hand, i dont even think of the p5 as a 'wagon.' it all sporty................but thats my opinion. WORD!

yeah its a sporty wagon, just like the matrix, and vibe. all the matrix looks like is a modern version of the pt cruiser. there all have that same minivan appeal to them, just as the p5 looks like a wagon.

I dont think the Matrix is that bad...good overall car for our purposes. My wife likes it and we dont have any rice items on it..lol, just tint and TRD filter..maybe I can convince my wife to get a supercharger on there...
