windshield wiper size?

Hi guys, What's the size of the driver side wiper? I don't feel the stock wiper covers enough area. It leaves too much gap both on the top and the bottom. Can I use a longer one?

I'm not trying to be rude, but is there a reason that you could not find the wiper size (length) on your own? You could go out to your car and measure the length. Or you could look it up online at say an auto part store website or Mazda parts website. Sorry, guess I'm more of a "teach a man to fish" rather than a "give a man a fish" kinda guy.

A quick web search tells me that the driver side is 24". Can you use a longer one? Sure, if it won't extend off the glass at any point during it's travel. You won't be able to change the geometry of the sweep.

Or if it doesn't interfere with the sweep of the passenger side blade.

A longer wiper could cause increased wear on the spigot, and also maybe cause more lift at speed.

Its also classed as a modification for insurance purposes, something to consider.
