Windshield Wiper help

One of my windshield wiper motors broke. The wiper was frozen to the windshield and i burned out the motor. I tried just tightening the bolt that holds it on just to be sure. Does anyone know how to get to the motor? I can't see how to get to it from under the hood. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure how to get to it, but it's possible it's just the linkage between that wiper and the other. Generally wipers have a single motor and are then attached to each other to move synchronously.
