winding noise from trannny

i have a winding noise coming from the tranny if i am fully stoped with clutch in it doesnt sound,, if am driving and i press clutch in while car is moving it keep sounding and winds when am picking speed.need some info see what it would be ,, oil,,?? thorw out bering ?? or bad tranny??? the car is a msp with 97k

dude. you waited one minute between posts calm down hahaha. ima let someone more experienced take this one cause i dont know how bad throwout bearings sound. what kind of whining is it?? id check oil if i were u first. or just drain it and filter for shavings

Well I got the car on 12/21/10. With 91253 now it has 97529 and I I haven't changed tranny oil wil its been in my hands

Id change that out fluid first..

My transmission whines but I changed the motor mounts and this caused the whine. After changing the mounts I changed the fluid and there was no difference.

Did you put int he correct amount of fluid and weight? I had a shop put in the incorrect amount of fluid(not enough) and my car whined and howled goign around any slight turn but it did it randomly and couldnt always produce it on demand.. changed fluid with full syn and all is good now for over a year.

Yup, I put in Redline 75w-90. I put it in the fill hole until it dripped out so it had as much as it could hold.
