In order to run a sweepstakes in NY, FL, or Rhode Island, u gotta adhere to a bunch of diff laws. FL and NY, for example, the sweepstakes sponsor's gotta pay like 500$ to register a sweepstakes over $5000, so they usually exclude those states. Virginia's also got some retarded sweepstakes laws. How do I know all this? 'cause it's half of what I do.
