Will TurboII tranny fit?

I was just wondering.......being that the MSP`s tranny is a carry-over from a MP3, and is really not that strong enough to handle increased boost and a bigger turbo to begin with.......would a TurboII tranny from an RX-7 fit our rides and work better?

I know this is probally a wierd question, but as far as Mazda trannys go....i`m totally oblivious.

Unfortunatly, rx-7's are RWD... and the MSP is FWD....so no

the Turbo II Tranny would only bolt up to a rotary engine.

The Turbo II rear end + axles works GREAT in V8 conversion Miatas, however

I guess I should of new that . Just damn tired and contemplating.

Does Mazda have a tranny that would fit the MSP and is strong enough for turbo and boost up-grades?
