I have been at 12PSI with stock plugs for over 30k miles now and the car is almost a year old. The only thing that has really gone wrong is the exhaust seems to like to come apart betwen the cats. It was fixed under warranty and yes it was flashed long ago.

Are you boosting 12psi all the time? Also what kind of boost controller do you have?

Mine runs just a hair over 7psi stock. I haven't hit the fuel cut yet, in temps as cold as -15*. I don't have any mods other than a boost gauge, however. I'm glad I don't hit the fuel cut at stock boost, I'd find that annoying even if it only was in very cold weather.
