Will these wheels fit?

For anyone searching: I took a chance and bought the wheels and they rub on the rear strut badly. 225/40/18 don't fit under eibach's with blues.

Good to know! I've been looking for rims for a while and really was debating whether I wanted to go up to 18s in general. Let's hope I can find a good deal on some 17s now....

That offset and tire size is what's getting you. Downsize to a 215/35 and if it's still rubbing, try some spacers and quite possibly a fender roll.

If you really want 18's they will fit. Just have to watch the offsets as you will for a 17. The key is running a 215/35/18 tire and be prepared to roll the fenders.

Yeah, about that fender roll.......I don't think that'll happen anytime soon, with what I have to do. I'll stick with 17s if I can find them.

I actually got the wheels used so not really looking for new tires. The more i look at it i don't think i could every have real weight in the back. I got them listed locally seeing if anyone wants to trade. Funny thing is i bent a stock rim yesterday hitting a rock in the middle of the highway so i have one of them on the front right now. Stock spare doesn't fit over the mazda6 brake upgrade
