The 2013's and 2014's have been on 0% APR 0% down payment for quite sometime. This can mean either a) A new model will come out or b) Mazda5 will be no more next year and the dealers are trying to clear them off
if i remember correctly,it was already said in an earlier post that the mz5 will not be back in the new mazda lineup, so your B guess sounds like the best answer
The Mazda 5 is here for the 2015 model year in Canada, not the USA.
But, there are indications that Mazda Japan is not planning on building another Mazda 5 saying that worldwide, the demand for this segment is slowing down.
So Mazda doesn't want to build them because less people are buying, but people don't want to buy because they're expecting a better product.
The Mazda Canada website???? I cannot find it. The "Build you Mazda" tool in the website only let you select the 2014, and there is no 2015 available as a selection.
I heard the same thing, cancelled in the US, maybe from autos.ca... I am just upset that Malaysia gets the skyactiv 5 but we don't (and it costs more than $50k-$60k equivalent there)
Look at the date. That's published June 27, 2014 and it is a typo.
If the 2015 was available in June, I would have bought one, not the 2014 I picked up the following month, last weekend in July 2014.
As I said, the Mazda Canada website doesn't show the 2015 anywhere yet.
2015 is definately the last model year in US. Not sure about Canada, but Canadian market always has certain models of other automakers that are not sold in US. Shame, really, as this is a very affordable people mover.
