Will a Hybrid Blow Off Valve cause knocking

I had my speed 3 for almost three years, the mod i have are ms cold air intake, magnaflow exhaust, Hybrid Blow Off Valve (MS3-HYB), and a AMR tune. My car knocks .03-.07 and i feel that the hybrid blow off valve is the cause of the knocks. Do you think that i should install the stock bpv or by a forge bpv???

A bpv will not cause knock, it will only cause backfire (pop) in your exhaust and the car to run rich for that split sec during shifts...knock is caused by pre-ignition, or a soon to be bad EGR, timing or crappy gas.. I would try a different gas station for starters then I would be looking at your plugs (gaps) etc etc. Just my 2 cents.

From what I gather at .07 that's not bad, I get that occassionally when it's 98* out and I'm running 1 step colder plugs..so i wouldn't worry about it unless it's doing that ALL the time.
